Eligibility for Exchange

Products may be exchanged if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for exchange unless they are faulty.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

Exchange Process

    • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Return the Item
    • Items must be returned in their original condition, securely packaged, and shipped to our return address.
  4. Exchange Dispatch
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • In case of a faulty or wrong product, Serenity Gifts Ltd will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.
